This year's corn maze is our largest ever and one of the largest in the country. We have 5 miles of trail in the maze, and there are 3 separate mazes, so you can do 1, 2, or all 3! The maze this year celebrates Kansas' theme - To The Starts - and the 200th Anniversary of the Santa Fe Trails. Among the trails in the maze, you'll find ones in the shapes of a covered wagon (in honor of the Pioneers who blazed the trails to settle Kansas and the West), a wind mill and a stone barn. Our stone barn was built around 1860 by pioneer Enoch Collins Persons and it is on the state and national historic registers.
The bottom or first maze is in the shape of a bee in honor of the honey bee! This year there are 2 game challenges in the mazes. In the bee maze, we have the Bee Waggle game. Bees communicate with one another by dancing! True story! Learn the bee moves at the game stations in the maze and return to Prairie Pavilion to show us your bee waggle moves and receive a reward!
There are 12 more checkpoints in the mazes to help you find your way To The Stars. When you arrive and check in at Prairie Pavilion, you'll receive a maze card to help you find the checkpoints and know where you are.
There are over 20 additional activities for you outside the maze - Fall Fun for All Ages!
Tickets are available online at this link or at Lazy T Ranch.
Happy Fall, Y'All!
