Ranch Suppers – Perfect for Reunions, Family Dinners, More

For a perfect company picnic, family reunion, or club meeting, nothing beats a fantastic beef barbecue at the Lazy T Ranch in Manhattan, Kansas. Beef is our specialty! As beef cattle producers ourselves, we know the importance of high quality, well-prepared beef.

Sample Menu

This is a menu for a "typical" Lazy T event, but we will prepare whatever you want to eat!

• We serve home-cooked, slow-roasted beef, cooked in Mom's special blend of savory spices
• Baked potatoes with all the trimmings, or luscious cheesy potatoes
• Western baked beans
• Tossed salad with an assortment of dressings
• Texas-sized biscuits
• Iced tea and lemonade
• Topped off with delicious chocolate cowboy cake or fruit cobbler for dessert

All our meals are home-cooked by our family, here on the ranch. BEEF: It's what's for supper.

Options include: Dessert only $10, Luncheon $15, or Supper for $25 per person (children 2 and under are free, 1/2 price ages 3-10), including ranch visit and entertainment -- or contact us to develop a menu to fit your group and your budget. A minimum of ten persons for meals, please.
